HOLISTIC COACHING FOR CREATIVE LEADERS

You’ve heard of leadership and executive coaching… this is coaching for creative leaders. 

Leaders of creative teams have unique challenges and issues they face.

Designed for people who are managing creative teams, growing a career as a creative leader, and want to approach their work with more intention, this program will help leaders tackle these challenges, while also developing a rewarding and holistic experience of their creative life.

WHAT’S INCLUDED

6 months together…

We’ll explore the work and life topics that are most important for you to make progress in your work and life. I’ll be with you every step of the way on this journey. You’ll meet and get to know yourself in a way that you never have. A deeper, truer, more trusting way. You’ll face your challenges and grow as a leader and a human.

Private coaching…

We’ll meet on Zoom for 1 on 1 coaching calls, 2 times per month for 75 minutes. This is a questions based coaching process and you can expect homework that will include reflective journaling, mindfulness exercises, and creative exercises.

We will also complete 2 quarterly planning sessions (1 hour each) for what you need to accomplish and how you want to grow your leadership in the three months ahead.

Always on email access…

Email me anytime with anything. I’ll get back to you within 2 days at the most. Questions, comments, updates, referrals… whatever you need.
